Dr. Lyons is a 1991 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine. He is the owner of and a full-time veterinarian at Animal Hospital of West Manheim. He has a special interest in general surgery and select orthopedic surgeries, such as ACL repairs. Dr. Lyons and his wife Christa have two Boxer dogs (Porter and Mason), a Boxer-mix rescue dog from North Carolina (Baby), a pug named Westen, as well as five cats and ducks.
Dr. Albin is a full-time veterinarian at Animal Hospital of West Manheim. Dr. Albin graduated with highest honors (Summa Cum Laude) from Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1999. He has a special interest in soft tissue surgery and dentals. He is dedicated to staying current with the lastest advances in Veterinary Medicine. He was born and raised in Hanover, graduated from Southwestern High School, and currently resides in his hometown with his wife and two daughters. Dr. Albin has a Dachshund/Jack Russell mix named Toby, as well as four cats, ducks, and chickens. When he isn't working he enjoys spending time with his family and running.

Brandy has been with Animal Hospital of West Manheim for 20 years! She is known for her friendly, outgoing personality. She enjoys meeting all of our clients and furry patients. When not working she loves spending time with her son and husband. At home she has a cat named Kitty and an English Lab named Crew.
Denise has been one of our Saturday receptionists for 20 years! She enjoys meeting all of our clients and their pets.
Linda is our part-time receptionist. She loves animals and has dogs, goats and horses on her farm. She is also passionate about DockDogs competitions.
Juliana and her spunky Shih Tzu Dallas
Juliana graduated from YTI Veterinary Technician program. She is a Certified Veterinary Technician and works full-time. In order to get her license she had to pass a comprehensive exam, and to maintain her license she goes to continuing education classes, which keep her up-to-date on different topics in her field. Her special interests include assiting with surgery, caring for hospitalized animals, and client education.
Jessica, her beautiful kitty Kiara, and her handsome Pomeranian Rafiki.
Jessica has 10 years experience as a veterinary assistant. She graduated from The Veterinary Assistant program at Carrol County Community College. She enjoys all aspects of her career, especially assisting with surgery and dentals. She works full-time at AHWM. At home she has a rescue kitty, Kiara, and her rescue pup, Rafiki.

Ruth works as full-time Veterinary Assistant. She has 20 years experience. She is currently in school earning a degree in Veterinary Technology. Ruth always knew that she wanted to work with animals, she considers working with animals her lifelong passion. She enjoys helping clients keep their pets healthy and happy, and has a special interest in client education, phlebotomy and lab work. Ruth is currently in school to get her Veterinary Technician degree.

Melanie works part-time as a receptionist and as a Veterinary Assistant. She is currently in school to get her Veterinary Technician degree. Melanie specializes in caring for and fostering pregnant dogs and cats, as well as neonatal puppies and kittens.
